By creating an account or using ChatGPodT (www.chatgpodt.com) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

• 1 credit covers 30 minutes of podcast audio. PodChats use credits based on the questions you ask and the length of the answers.
• Prices are in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel from your Account page. Subscription credits refill each month and unused subscription credits do not carry over.
• Credits from one-time packs, sign-up and referrals do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• If a PodDrop fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance. For billing questions, email admin@chatgpodt.com.

• Only submit links to podcasts and audio you are allowed to access.
• Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the security or limits of the service.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape the service or resell it.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

Podcasts belong to their creators. PodDrops, transcripts and PodChats are for your personal use; do not republish them commercially. Please support the shows you enjoy by listening and subscribing.

PodDrops and PodChats are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Check important details against the episode using the timestamps. Nothing in a PodDrop or PodChat is professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

We work to keep ChatGPodT running, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

To the extent the law allows, ChatGPodT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms; if the changes are material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, email you. Questions: admin@chatgpodt.com.
